Why "rebuilt."

I'm Ian. I turned 40 this month, and I'm rebuilding my life from the ground up.

After years in the mortgage business and running a couple of Airbnbs, I'm simplifying, tackling debt, and focusing on what actually moves the needle: smart property upgrades, hands-on DIY, and optimizing my rentals for real profit.
